Self-professed “techy nerd” Paul is our Senior Account Manager and has been with the company for five years.
What is your favourite part of being an account manager?
I enjoy getting out and about meeting customers face-to-face and conversing.
What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced in your role?
With the industry constantly evolving it’s very important that I continue to ensure that I adapt to every changing need of our customer and guarantee I am up to date on all the latest products and services that we can deliver for them.
What is your favourite product?
I do love the 3CX as I am a techy nerd so its shininess always wins out with me.
Why would businesses want to work with BSAS?
The staff here are genuinely passionate about what we do, both the sales and support teams care about providing the best service and finding the right products for each customer and prospect. We take accountability for our decisions and adapt to each individual customer needs. Basically, we just want to help.
What technology excites you going forward?
It may sound sad, but wireless adapters for Yealink phones really struck a chord with me as I can think of so many businesses and individuals who will benefit.
When he’s not looking after our customers, Paul is a family man. He is a father to two girls with his wife and is also a doggy daddy. He enjoys music, carpentry and football- unfortunately supporting Arsenal.
