A word with…

David Nunn

Service Manager

David has been with BSAS since day one- over 26 years! He is the go-to guy in the engineering department to ensure every solution is fit for purpose and operating effectively.

 

What is your favourite part of being the service manager?
I love being given a challenge; I really enjoy problem solving so finding solutions is definitely one of my favourite parts of the job.

What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced in your role?
There’s been many and varied challenges throughout my time at BSAS, but the one that never goes away is trying to find enough time to fit everything in!

What is your favourite product?
Currently I am enjoying the 3CX, but it constantly changes when new products are available

Why would businesses want to work with BSAS?
We offer a very friendly, personal approach with many years of experience and knowledge. Several members of staff have over ten years’ experience (a couple even have over twenty!) so the guys really know their stuff when it comes to the market.

What technology excites you going forward?
With all communications (phones, mobiles, databases, etc.) going cloud based, all new developments in telecoms will be in that environment, so that’s where we need to be.

 

When he’s not looking after our customers, David enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, family and friends. He is also a keen gardener
