
The Problem
Suffolk Libraries were using an overly complicated and expensive telephony and as part of a county wide, complex phone system upgrade project, BSAS engaged BSAS provided guidance, reviewing their requirements, and presented all budgetary outcomes which provided invaluable for budget planning.
The Solution
BSAS provided a multi site 3CX Solution which was installed in close liaison with the IT Manager. We dispatched a team to install at each site, ensuring every setup was finalised correctly and that staff at each site received the training they needed.
