I have used BSAS for many years for all our communication requirements. We had an EFM connection through them which was recently updated to a Leased line. This has provided a massive increase and improvement in bandwidth which has allowed our company to utilise several other services. The install and upgrade was seamless and well managed throughout.

The first option on their phone answer service is for technical help, genius! No more waiting 20 minutes to talk to technical desk who can only read off a script on their screen and then have to refer you on to someone else.
