As the end of the year approaches, it’s safe to say 2020 is one that will be remembered. Here at BSAS it has been one of our busiest to date, with our support department working tirelessly to keep communications up and running for our customers and both our sales and admin team racing to keep up with the change in demand of products and services as flexibility became increasing important from the push to remote working.
We have had some great successes this year, with all of our support department now Advanced Certified 3CX engineers and the company achieving Platinum Partner status – this is a product we really believe in as a future-proof communications solution, so we are very proud of this achievement. Our continued relationships with both TalkTalk Business and BT have also flourished continuing to enable us to provide quality products and services to UK businesses.
Throughout the market, there have been exciting developments with in cloud-based communications, which continues to stand at the forefront in the run up to the PSTN switch off in 2025. 5G has also been a controversial topic of the year, though market confidence and uptake are now steadily growing. 2021 looks to be an exciting year as fibre becomes even more widely available, enabling more businesses to make use of super-fast speed and better support VoIP telephony.
