It’s safe to say the guys in support have had an extremely busy couple of months! Remote working has highlighted many needs that our customers did not realise they had, and support have been working constantly to help customers make the transition to remote working as smooth as possible.
The sales team are making their best effort to contact each and every customer to check in and see if they need help with anything. They have been fielding a vast amount of orders for new systems, both temporary and permanent, to improve the ability for customers employees to work from home seamlessl.
