Firstly the entire team at BSAS would like to extend our support to other businesses in these challenging times- we hope you are all managing to continue working safely, that the impact of the current situation is minimal and most importantly that you are all safe and healthy.

Further to the increased restrictions announced by the UK government, BSAS are implementing further restrictions to site visits and installations.

We endeavour to assist as much as possible, whilst ensuring the safety of our staff and our customers. We have made no reductions to the workforce in customer services to ensure we can continue to support your businesses as best possible. We are fortunate that most issues can and will be managed remotely, however we must stress that site visits will now only occur in emergency situations, or pre-arranged with the technical and service managers. If our engineers do have to visit site, you must ensure there is only key personnel on site and remain socially distanced from our team.

To keep you safe, any staff attending your site will wear masks, gloves and sanitise any equipment.

UPDATE

Provided both parties are in agreement and happy for the visit to go ahead, we will now visit sites as required for both essential and non-essential works and appointments.
