BSAS Covid-19 Statement January 2021

We are sending out this communication to reassure you that as a Critical Infrastructure Supplier we remain fully operational through this new lockdown. Our support staff are available for any questions, queries or issues on 0800 298 7173 (option 1) or helpdesk@bsas.co.uk.

The only change to our normal service is that site visits will be limited to emergencies only and we would ask that if a visit is required Covid-safe practices are adhered to.

Our accounts, sales and account management departments are also available and will be more than happy to support you should you have any queries.

Implementation of new solutions is still possible as most of the work can be conducted away from your location, with phones preconfigured and delivered to site for easy self-deployment.
