
The Problem
TVS Interfleet were using a telephony solution that proved to be costly due the fact that the system costed with every extension and was not working for the business as they grew. The telephone system they were using was not as intuitive and simple tasks were becoming difficult to manage as well as incredibly expensive.
The Solution
After some consultation over the immediate plans for the business and the longer term plans, we provided a 3CX telephony solution based upon an overall licence to allow for the business’ growth. Coupled with a simple to use platform and the roll out of soft phones, this has allowed the business to grow organically with the system and providing a future proofed solution.
The Benefits
By BSAS providing onsite training on both the main system as well as the administration of the system, TVS Interfleet are now able to administer the system with minimal guidance from BSAS whilst saving a significant amount of money. BSAS are able to provide support for the more complex tasks but this will increase the IT productivity by being to able to administer the basic tasks.
