At the centre of BSAS is the team, who are supported to build an office of committed and successful people. The entire senior leadership team is home-grown talent. The knowledge and experience that these individuals possess are invaluable to the organisation, ensuring the rest of the team benefit through their training and clients receive the best support.
Through the Institute of Telecommunications Professionals (ITP), BSAS staff have the opportunity to complete apprenticeship qualifications while working, to advance their skills and knowledge and help them to provide the highest level of service – BSAS view an investment in their team as an investment in their customer.
