Landline Service

In much the same manner as Opal Telecom, Vodafone provide a high quality landline voice service. Largely used to compliment their mobile offering, the voice products give customers the option of having a single supplier for both their landline and mobile services. The landline products Vodafone provide are;

Call Service (CPS) – Calls are routed via the local exchange and billed directly by Vodafone. Significant discounts over BT’s tariffs mean this is a cost effective solution to business users.

Line Rental - The lines and telephone numbers do not change and service and support for these lines is still provided by BT. It is simply a rebilling scenario where customers can take advantage of the cost savings available.

Inbound Services – Vodafone offer the full range of inbound non-geographic numbers from freephone through to local rate and national rate numbers.
