What’s going on in the office?

It’s safe to say the guys in support have had an extremely busy couple of months! Remote working has highlighted many needs that our customers did not realise they had, and support have been working constantly to help customers make the transition to remote working as smooth as possible.

The sales team are making their best effort to contact each and every customer to check in and see if they need help with anything. They have been fielding a vast amount of orders for new systems, both temporary and permanent, to improve the ability for customers employees to work from home seamlessl.

Our sales and support teams are available Monday to Friday, 8.30-5.30

Microsoft Teams seems to be the words on everyone’s lips right now. Lockdown has highlighted the need for video conferencing as part of business communications solutions, and now, with Microsoft Certified SIP Trunks, we have the ability to connect Teams to the PSTN, making Teams a holistic communications solution.

The current situation has created an surge in demand for businesses to have video conferencing as a part of their communications solution. In fact, Microsoft have announced that in April Teams usage grew to 75 million active users per day, up 70% on the month before.
