CTI

Computer Telephony Integration, CTI, is the process in which a telephone system communicates call information to a computer, allowing it to manage the call based on commands from the software application.

DDI

Direct Dialling Inward allows a caller outside a company to call an internal extension or group of extensions without going through the switchboard.

DECT

Digital Enhanced Cordless Telephony, handsets together with a base unit, which connect to the office telephone system, allowing users to make and take calls whilst away from the desk. It works like a short-range mobile network.
